1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules governing access to and use of the WanPaus Microfinance platform ("the Platform"), including its web application, API, and any related services operated by Pakimu Investment Limited T/A WanPaus Microfinance ("Pakimu", "we", "us").

This AUP applies to all users including borrowers, staff, administrators, and any third party granted access to the Platform. By using the Platform you agree to comply with this AUP. Breach of this policy may result in account suspension, termination, and referral to law enforcement.

If you become aware of a suspected violation of this AUP — including a security vulnerability, suspected fraud, or misuse of the Platform — please report it promptly to hi@wantekpng.com.

We treat all reports in confidence and will not retaliate against good-faith reporters. Security researchers who discover and responsibly disclose vulnerabilities to us without exploiting them will not be subject to enforcement action under this AUP.

Pakimu reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. Depending on the severity of the violation, enforcement actions may include:

6. Amendments

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you by email and displayed on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an updated AUP constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
